FAQ

If you are a patient, employer, or provider and did not opt to receive results via our Patient’s Choice Results Portal at the time of service, you are not eligible for Express Results.   You may have instead chosen to have them sent via email, mail, or sent to your doctor on the permission form you filled out.  These alternative  (non-portal) results methods may take 1-2 additional business days for delivery after the test has been completed.

At this time, the fastest testing we have is our RT-PCR testing that is usually reported next-night (Express Testing). See below for details.  For Sedona and Flagstaff, please allow one additional business day for results.

No, we are not currently working with the Hawaii Government to do testing for travel to Hawaii.

No, our lab results do not include a Quick Response (QR) code on them.

All of our swab are nasopharyngeal, but you will need to request assistance from a manager to make sure this is printed on your test report.

Holiday Schedules will vary by location.  Patient’s who opt to receive results via the Patient’s Choice Web Portal will receive results automatically when the sample has completed running at the lab.  Areas where the portal is not yet available, or to any patient’s or providers who choose to have results manually sent (not through the portal), will take an one additional business day for results to be sent.

Anyone with patients being seen in the Phoenix Metro can receive results in the web portal.  We expect to have this available to Flagstaff and Sedona soon.

*In rare cases, resulting times can vary up to 12 hrs to allow for required system maintenance.  Next-night results can not be guaranteed but instead should used as a general guideline for what our current timeline is for testing.  If for any reason there is a delay with FedEx Shipping, results are generally reported within the same day the shipment is received by FedEx.
