For your convenience, Patient’s Choice Lab offers you the ability to complete bill payment online from both your desktop computer and mobile device. 

It is required to have your laboratory bill available. You will need the Invoice Number from your bill to make online payments. If you do not have an invoice number, please call billing at 602-923-0605.

All payments are related only to the invoice number you enter. If you need to pay multiple invoices, you can enter additional invoice numbers.
