Our Scottsdale Patient Service Center Is Moving September 21
Patient's Choice Lab is moving our Scottsdale Patient Service Center on Monday, September 21, 2026. Our new home is inside Estetica at 9450 E Ironwood Square Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 — just minutes from our current 95th Street suite and still in the Ironwood Square area near Shea Blvd. The new space offers a calm, comfortable lobby, easy parking, and the same friendly phlebotomy team you already know. Our 95th Street location will serve patients through Friday, September 18, and we will reopen at the Estetica location on Monday, September 21. Hours stay the same: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm. Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment needed. North Phoenix Has Moved to Suite 165
Our North Phoenix Patient Service Center has moved to Suite 165 — same building, same parking lot, just a short walk from our previous Suite 166 space. The new address is 20045 N 19th Ave, Building 11, Suite 165, Phoenix, AZ 85027, near the 101 & I-17 interchange in Deer Valley. Look for our Patient's Choice Lab door signage reading "Walk-In Lab Tests — Open to the Public." Hours remain Monday-Thursday 7am-2pm and Friday 7am-12pm, with lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm. Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment needed, and we remain self-pay friendly with insurance billing available. TPC Kit Draws continue to be offered at this location.

Now Testing In-House: Heavy Metals & Essential Minerals
We've expanded our in-house testing menu to include a comprehensive panel of heavy metals and essential mineral assays — meaning faster turnaround times and tighter quality control for both patients and clinicians. New in-house tests include: Arsenic, Blood (269); Copper, Plasma (363); Copper, RBC (3481); Iodine, Plasma (16599); Lead, Blood (599); Lead, Blood OSHA (3058); Magnesium, RBC (623); Mercury, Blood (636); Selenium, Plasma (5507); Selenium, RBC (17133); Zinc, Plasma (945); and Zinc, RBC (6354). These complement our existing Heavy Metal Toxicity panels and are useful for evaluating environmental exposure (older homes, well water, fish-heavy diets, occupational exposure) as well as nutritional and trace mineral status. Our Central Phoenix Patient Service Center is now open at 1742 W Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85015 (W Bethany Home & 17th Ave). Walk-ins welcome — open Monday-Friday 7am-2pm. Se habla español — our Central Phoenix and South Phoenix locations have Spanish-speaking staff to better serve our community.

Our South Phoenix Patient Service Center is officially open at 448 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (Southern Ave & 7th St). Walk-ins welcome — open Monday, Wednesday-Friday 9:30am-1pm and 2-3:30pm, and Tuesday 9:30am-3:30pm. Se habla español — Spanish-speaking staff on site. Note: No TPC Kit Draws at this location.

We're excited to announce that Patient's Choice Lab is expanding to Tucson! Our new Midtown Tucson Patient Service Center will be located at 5190 E Farness Dr #104, inside Arizona Medical Care (AMC/AIME). Stay tuned for opening dates and hours. Note: No TPC Kit Draws at this location.
