Our Queen Creek Patient Service Center Has Moved Inside Allure Skin & Laser

Patient's Choice Lab's Queen Creek Patient Service Center has officially moved! You'll now find us inside Allure Skin & Laser at 21321 E Ocotillo Rd, Ste 128, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. The new space offers a comfortable, welcoming setting with easy parking and the same friendly phlebotomy team you already know. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-2pm, with lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm. Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment needed. We remain self-pay friendly with insurance billing available. Please note: TPC Kit Draws are not offered at this location. Questions?
